*SCREAMSSS* HOW CUTE CAN THEY GET???!!!
Alright, sorry for being overly excited. I don’t usually get excited over actors who get cast in another drama together, but I really love Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum. There’s just a certain chemistry between them which makes it so enjoyable to see them on-screen, and I’ll never get sick seeing them together.
Anyway, it was yet another enjoyable episode and finally Cha Do Hyun and Ri Jin introduce themselves, and in the most awesome way possible.
Not doing recaps for this. I’ll just post some screencaps, and do discussions a bit here and there.
THOUGHTS & DISCUSSION
I’m not going to go into details on what happened in the episode, and I’m just going to talk about certain parts of the episode.
So Perry Park came with his bombs – but…. it didn’t work. He ended up getting beaten and tied up together with Ri Jin.
“January 7th, 2015 at 10pm on the dot” Ri Jin speaks to Do Hyun. He looks at her curious and ask what day is that. She answered the exact thing which Se Gi said to her. “The time I fell for you.” Do Hyun is taken aback and said that it’s not the right time to say such things.
“That’s what you told me.” Ri Jin says, and she said everything which Se Gi said to her, much to Do Hyun’s surprise.
Ri Jin talks about Do Hyun to Ri On, and asks him what if a person is living many different identities, just like he is, but it is something that they can’t choose. She says that it must be very lonely and difficult. Ri On looks on – and we sense that he might be a little jealous.
Do Hyun treats Chae Yun coldly and she is taken aback. She mentioned that he said something about if he crossed the line with her, it means it’s not him. She asks if he had ever crossed the line with her, and tells him that she wants him to try crossing over the line. Do Hyun says that he’s not someone she can handle, before walking away.
Ri Jin is Professor Suk’s student, and she talks to him about Do Hyun’s condition since she is aware that he had treated a similar patient overseas before. (However, both are unaware they are actually referring to the same person) Ri Jin says that she had seen 3 personalities and one of them calls himself Shin Se Gi, which caught his attention.
Then what’s your name? Ri Jin asks. By chance…do you have bombs on you? And she continue asking, before asking again, so who are you? What’s your name?
I love all the moments of Ri Jin with Do Hyun in this episode, and sadly we didn’t see much of Perry Park yet. So, Do Hyun’s dad is actually alive – but I still don’t get all the mystery surrounding the company and the whole successor thing. We should know more in later episodes, I guess.
A few mysterious things have pop up though.
Ri Jin mumbled, “I did wrong” when she was not fully conscious. I’m wondering if she had a bad childhood experience, and by any chance if she and Do Hyun actually knew each other when they were kids. Shin Se Gi mentioned that she called for him, a long time back. I don’t know… but it seems like there is a possibility.
I’m pretty sure we are all curious about Do Hyun’s childhood, and who was the person who abused him and made him the way he is now.
Oh – and we know that Ri Jin and Ri On aren’t real twins, but I’m not sure if the characters know. We get a feeling that Ri On likes Ri Jin, probably more than just a sibling – I’m just wondering if he knows they are not real siblings.
Anyway, we get a deeper look into Do Hyun’s life, and it’s actually pretty sad that he doesn’t have much control on his own life, or much say – and he apologizes to people he met, who unfortunately get hurt by him or his other selves. It must be very hard for him to even make friends, or be close with anyone.
Okay – that’s about it. Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum are blowing me away with their chemistry and URGHHH I just love seeing them together. 🙂
