REVIEW: The Good Wife

vlcsnap-2016-08-30-23h01m08s550The Good Wife is a great drama. It feels sad to see the drama end and who knows if they are ever going to continue with the rest of the seasons, but it was a great run and I’m so glad I watched it.

It feels nothing like your Korean legal dramas, or at least nothing like I’ve watched. All of the casts did a great job!

Actually, I have nothing except for praises for the drama ❤

Just a short summary on what the drama is about. Basically, it’s about Kim Hye Kyung, a housewife who goes back to work when her husband, Lee Tae Joon was caught in a corruption political scandal.

She returns as a lawyer while balancing both work and personal life, while struggling with all the attention due to her husband’s scandal.

I love how the story feels like a breeze to watch. There’s no overly dramatic subplots, or evil villains who plot against you, etc.

I’m not saying that the drama is simple –  in fact far from it. It has all the necessary suspense and tension between the characters, but it manages to find that balance which doesn’t make the whole drama feel heavy.

I’m not sure how to put this in words, but yeah.

The characters are so well written and all of the casts did a great job at portraying their individual roles.

There’s really nothing much for me to say, just that if you are into legal dramas, this is a drama you shouldn’t miss. And even if you are not into legal drama, you should give this a try. It’s very much worth it ❤ vlcsnap-2016-08-30-23h01m11s605
