Okay, let me breathe for a second. This is not related to dramas – but I just had to post this up. Teaser is out for SBS ROOMMATE, and I swear at the video (0.07 sec), it is SEO KANG JOON! I can recognize his face just from his features~ and I’ve seen ever picture he was in. I wasn’t too keen about this variety honestly, but if Seo Kang Joon is part of the cast, I’m sticking myself to the screen 🙂 *fangirling mode*
How I know for sure…did my own detective work and… Continue reading “SEO KANG JOON in SBS ROOMMATE?!”
I’m back with a special post on Cunning Single Lady, to focus on Seo Kang Joon, because I just can’t get enough of him. Hah.
Honestly, the first two episodes were great, but the 3rd & 4th episode kind of lost me, so I stopped watching for a while, and I only resumed watching the rest of the episodes today. It’s safe to say that yes, I’m still sticking with it. The 3rd & 4th episode was a little too boring, and too dramatic for me to actually like it.
There was too much time spent on ‘fantasy’ scenes which kind of took away precious time which could show us the plot better. Anyway, glad that from episode 5 onwards, it seems like the drama is still alright, and pretty decent to watch so I’m sticking with it.
And each time I watch, I can’t take my eyes of Seo Kang Joon 🙂

Alright – I’ve watched new Wed-Thu drama, Cunning Single Lady and I loved the first two episodes 🙂
Picked up this drama, because I loved three of the leads, Lee Min Jung, Joo Sang Wook – and the most important one, Seo Kang Joon. Hahahah. Basically, it’s a romance comedy about a married couple who divorced, and still hold grudges against each other.
The first two episodes moved on pretty quickly, and we get an idea of who’s who and what’s to come. Anyway, it’s nice having romance comedy because the other half of the currently airing drama are those with heavier themes.
I don’t think I’ll be doing recaps for this – but I’ll just do a short summary on the first two episodes. I don’t know if I will be doing POV DISCUSSIONS for the rest of the episodes, or recaps. I’ll see how it goes~

MBC Drama Festival is like a series of short stories, each story running about an estimated time of 1 hour. Episode 9 was titled, The Murder and it stars Moon So-ri, Seo Kang Joon, Lee Se Yeong and Shin Dong Mi. Seo Kang Joon plays Yoon Ha, who marries Mi Soo (Lee Se Yeong), the daughter of Jeong Boon (Moon So Ri). In Boon (Shin Dong Mi) is Jeong Boon’s sister, who lost her mind after the war.
Can you imagine…that a guy you loved and married…is actually in love with your mother?
That’s exactly what this story is about. Yoon Ha and Jeong Boon met years ago when they were both having a difficult time in their lives. Yoon Ha was a kid at that point of time, but he grew up feeling fond of Jeong Boon. When they met again coincidentally, feelings started to develop. However, things got a little twisted and Yoon Ha ended up marrying Mi Soo, so that he can stay close to Jeong Boon.

Okay people. I’ve just finished watching dramatoon, After School Bokbulbok and I’m so glad I watched it. This is unlike any other dramas, and it’s of a different genre all together. It’s stars actors from Fantagio, Kim So Eun and rookie actor group 5urprise.
This dramatoon is something like a drama & something like a manhwa. It has a total of 12 episodes, each episode is about 10-15 minutes long. They called this a dramatoon because of the different kind of format. In my opinion, I wouldn’t call it a drama. It feels like I’m reading a manhwa, but instead of reading, I’m watching one.
It’s a fresh concept, and I enjoyed it a lot. There was a lot of ridiculous humour going on, and it’s all good. Basically, it’s about a group of people in a school club (5urprise) who recruits outcast Kim So Eun to join them in their club for a special reason. What they do in the club is to pick a mission from a box and complete it. Each episode has different missions.
I’ll talk more about it and spoilers ahead! Continue reading “POV DISCUSSION: Dramatoon, After School Bokbulbok”
